The guide uses visible review dates, source lists, a content audit script, and an update log to keep factual pages current.
Review model
Every major guide includes a visible last reviewed date and a next review date. Factual pages list sources. Draft or incomplete pages are excluded from indexing.
The goal is not to create artificial freshness. The goal is to make it obvious when professional and training information was last checked.
Initial update
On 8 July 2026, the V1 site structure, source list, bilingual pages, IMD Guide identity, Quentin Gostoli profile, knowledge JSON files, and audit scripts were created.
Maintenance workflow
Review source pages, update the MDX content, update the last reviewed date, add a note to this page, run the content audit, run the source checker, and deploy.
